The concentration of drinking water depends on several factors such as age, the gender of other activities. Several studies exhibited that an adult or mature man should consume 3-4 liters of water each day whereas an adult female should drink on an average of 2-3 liters of water every day.
But before consuming water, you must ensure that your drinking water is adequately treated by water purification system because nowadays most of the water sources are contaminated which may lead to other serious diseases. The sickness which occurs due to the drinking of impure or polluted water is called waterborne diseases.
